Welcome on the "Be project manager's blog"

This blog mainly deals with IT project management and particularly with the implementation of E.R.P. systems.
After a few years of practice in the field, I felt the need to share my experience and exchange with other project managers.
This site therefore does not claim to illustrate the exhaustive and perfect knowledge of project management in the IT sector, but aims to present points of reflection that can provoke a productive exchange.

My career having led me to follow projects in different countries, I wanted to organize this blog in three diferent languages, French, Italian and English. I would therefore ask you for a little indulgence on linguistic inaccuracies.
Thank you

Virgile Petrantoni

Project managers must formalize knowledge (single repository, REX register) and encourage sharing through leadership and structured informal exchanges to ensure knowledge sustainability.

Risk management in an ERP project: a pillar of success

Value in an ERP Project

The assessment of Value is an important factor for an ERP Project

The success of an ERP project isn't limited to technical delivery. The key is to define and measure the value (operational and managerial) in a timely and continuous manner throughout the entire lifecycle. This approach transforms the Project Manager into a strategic partner who ensures the business objectives are achieved, going beyond mere adherence to the schedule.
