As an IT Project Manager and ERP Techno-Functional Consultant, I have been evolving within the IT ecosystem for over two decades. After starting out in web development, my specialization in the ERP world materialized in Sicily in the early 2000s through C/AL programming. This technical foundation progressively expanded around C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript technologies, while broadening to encompass corporate finance and international projects. Beyond code and software architecture, daily field experience quickly highlighted a fundamental reality: the success of an information system depends above all on the people who use it. Operational bottlenecks often stem from social patterns, individual concerns, or resistance to change.

This blog was designed as a space for reflection and exchange at the intersection of technology and human sciences. It approaches project management from a holistic perspective, combining engineering rigor, financial expertise, and occupational psychology. It covers system optimization as well as personal development, coping mechanisms in high-workload situations, and the enhancement of human potential in demanding professional environments.

Each article aims to share concrete field experience, driven by the constant conviction that technology must remain a tool serving human fulfillment and effectiveness.
